NeoCon 2024, a premier event for commercial design, annually showcasing significant trends and insights within workspaces and design. Here are some key learnings from Cube World USA:

1. Hybrid Work and Flexibility: A major theme at NeoCon 2024 was the continued evolution of hybrid work environments. Companies like Haworth emphasized the importance of creating flexible spaces that accommodate both in-office and remote work. Sustainability: Sustainability is a prominent focus for Cube World USA, and with numerous exhibitors highlighting eco-friendly products and solutions designed to reduce environmental impact, it certainly made us feel great. This included the use of sustainable materials and practices aimed at promoting a greener future for the industry. Herman Miller demonstrated how using sustainable materials also made their Mirra chairs lighter in weight.
   
   
3.  Non-Dedicated Spaces: The concept of non-dedicated or shared spaces gained attention, reflecting a shift towards more adaptable and multifunctional work environments. We saw a lot felt and hard wood dividing panels between workstations. Effective acoustic solutions are increasingly recognized as essential for enhancing concentration and productivity. A personal favorite was the Haworth HushPhone.
